"Judging by the way the manager responds, I assume he is trying to cover up just how unsanitary the rooms are; the kitchen is infested with cockroaches, and they crawl all over the room. I suspect the housekeeping staff reuses the same sheets for multiple guests; upon checking in, my bed was covered in hair and stains. I took a video to the front desk, and they simply handed me clean sheets to change myself. At 8:30 AM, someone was already knocking on the door. The room door was broken, and there were dead bed bugs scattered around—not to mention the dozens of cats roaming the premises. I definitely ended up moving to another hotel. It is a shame that the receptionist's genuine friendliness is completely undermined by such unsanitary conditions. I have photos and videos of everything."

"Bed was like a brick. Great pillows though. Very dark room even with every light on. Limited tv channels. Asked for a wake up call for 7 and they called at 8. "

"Old building/furniture and it shows despite a recent paint job in our room. We were told they were changing to a La Quinta hotel soon. The staff barely acknowledged our presence upon entering. And at breakfast, the staff (of 2) at the counter talked personal business and gossiped with another person (who apparently was well-known to them) -- we walked up and we had to initiate the conversation for check-out because they didn't engage us without the interruption. They all gossiped loudly the entire time during our "breakfast". It was still early and the hot items had a few tablespoons of eggs and a couple sausage patties left. I told the counter staff and they said "the girl" was gone. That they themselves would make some sausage patties, but one said to the other that the process for making the eggs would require "stirring the eggs over and over and over", indicating that would take too long. This was said while I stood there. No apologies or ANYTHING. Needless to say, they never refilled the eggs or sausage. They didn't even say goodbye or safe travels on our way out! Really poor service from senior adult women who have forgotten what their job description entails and what customer service is. We won't be back."

"I reserved and paid through hotels.com, but the lady at the front desk still charged me for the room. I paid it, thinking maybe we only reserved the room when I put my card info through hotels.com, but once I got to the room I double checked and it was confirmed that I was charged from hotels.com and the hotel itself. So, now I am waiting for a return from what the hotel charged me separately."

"Not enough wash cloths. I only had 2. The accessible shower wasn't working. The toilet seat was screwed on completely crooked (by 2 inches off center) made sitting uncomfortable. the water from the shower flooded the floor. The room smelled very musty and bad. The beds were comfortable though. The front doors were broken. This hotel is in need of maintenance. "
