The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. "The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"部屋がたくさんあり、広さもありました。ベットが結構グラグラで寝心地は微妙。お風呂の鍵が脱衣所側にあり、子供が間違えて鍵を閉めてしまい私だけ風呂の中に閉じ込められ気づくまでの何十分を不安で過ごしました。特に風呂の扉の鍵は早めに改善してほしいです。"

"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
