"The hotel room was clean and had a beautiful view of a field with airplanes landing to Heathrow. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Pleased, especially for the price. The room temperature was pleasant."

"The rooms were not ready. Had to wait at reception while they figured out the rooms. The room phone was not working and did not have the right maintenance staff. The phone was not fixed. The staff was generally helpful. The meal was good."
