"This is a very special property and hotel. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return again someday. Just be aware that the surf and winds on the Atlantic side of the island are more pronounced so if you want tranquil water you would want to stay on the west side of the island. But this is a wonderful place and we are used to waves and found the trade winds very refreshing. "

"We stayed at BL Villas February 13 to the 27th. We found the accommodations to our liking. We had everything we needed. We had a small problem on our 1st day which was fixed immediately. The location is amazing. It's close to the beach, shops, restaurants and a grocery store right down the street. We are already considering booking for next year. Thank you to our fine hosts. "Beach at hotel is unusable to swim in due to seaweed and such. They have a shuttle to the other side where beaches are beautiful. Pool areas had plenty of seating and large towels. No gift shop for incidentals. Room service is an additional $25 charge which was not originally disclosed. People and staff were super friendly. Food and beverages were ok. Even their top Resturaunt the food was good but nothing to be super excited about. "

"The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The beach was a bit rough and other guests seemed to be saving beach chairs which was unpleasant . Overall the property was great and convenient to get to other nearby places."

"Amazing location on the beach. Great beach bar. Friendly staff. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get local buses to other areas. "

"They can upgrade the place a little. Far from everything. GREAT VIEW. The bars on the veranda was very spacious kids can fit through. Ants was on the bed. Very quiet. Shower head was very high to bath my child and the shower is kinda small. I had booked for the week but only stayed one night. I booked and try to cancel day after and they didnt want to give me back my money. "

"Luckily we were only there for two nights before a cruise but the hotel was disappointing and not worth the price we paid. The pool was shut all day and there were no pool towels until late morning. The food was uninspiring and there was very little choice. Although there were bottles of branded spirits on the bar shelves the drinks were served out of unbranded bottles and the often ran out. The rooms were very generous in size but starting to look a bit tired. The tv which should have been wall mounted was propped up on the dressing table. This could be a lovely little boutique hotel but it needs some work to get there. Staff were generally very helpful. "
