"Easy parking. The break was ok but it’s really a basic continental breakfast. If you stay on the 3rd floor know that the elevator doesn’t go to it, there are steps which isn’t necessarily an issue for everyone. "

"The staff is very friendly and the value was great. They are trying to renovate the property right now, so there were a couple of small issues that were not extremely debilitating. I am sure when they’re finished renovating that it will be an excellent property to stay at. "

"When arrived at the lodge the parking lots was dirty, went to the registration room and there was a sign saying "closed please call this number", had to call 4 times before someone answered. Was shown a room and the person from the registration office looked in the bathroom and said sorry, not this room. i will show you another one. When the door to the room was opened the room smelled of smoke and mold (there was a sign showing no smoking in the rooms). The room was nothing like the pictures shown on the web site. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we told people we meet in Renfrew about the mess of this place, they had told us the place was supposed to be closed few years ago. Definitely should be taken off the list of hotels to recommend."
