The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.

I would like to say this is almost good 3.75 stars. The carpet was frayed, cups were dirty a their was only a water glass each ...

Great staff, but the room was cold and it wasn’t very clean (the carpet was filthy). Staff helped by supplying a plug-in heater (room heating had broken) and this helped but the floor was still too cold to stand on for long!
