"Staff were great. Room was so-so. Holes in carpet, black stuff in corners of tub, refrigerator was loud, black out curtains too small to cover window. Only maid service in 3 days was one fresh set of towels. Breakfast had good variety but they ran out of number of items after the first morning and they weren’t restocked. Price of room was jacked up because of Morgan Wallen concert in Ann Arbor. Otherwise we were glad to even have a room."

"We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel for our cat on very short notice, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It was only about three minutes from where we needed to go, and having a kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable. We were told there would be a $100 pet fee for our cat, but it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very functional desk that made it easy to work.
