You can walk to many restaurants, and the major markets are all within a walking distance. The people of Chiang Mai are friendly, and the cost of living is low. "it's obviously a new hotel built in a condo style. Rooms are large with nice seating area, small kitchen, good bedroom and hot shower/bath. The swimming pool is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. they don't all speak English. Breakfast is good but it's in another building and on 2nd floor with no lift. Area is quiet and it's not close to the attractions or 7-11. However if you have a car or bike it's really not a problem. Some areas for improvement. The beds are to hard. More...

"Friendly staffs and cleanliness "

"The property itself is perfect. And if you want to be near the airport the location is good. A bit noisy area if you are looking for quiet. I just needed a place for a couple nights before flying out. So, this place was perfect for me."
