"The room didn’t look like the website photos. The bed was a collection of springs with a thin mattress so we felt like we were playing wack-a-mole all night. No blanket. No coffee pot or cups. No furniture other than the bed. It smelled like smoke. In the morning I went to get coffee and there weren’t any cups or employees to ask about getting some. It was less expensive that other places but too expensive for what we got."
