"the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up ..."
