"Great room with in-room coffee service and tea kettle. I wish I had tried the breakfast because I read wonderful reviews but I was pretty jet-lagged after traveling to England from the States so I ended up sleeping in late for the first two days of my visit and then had to grab an early flight to the airport on my last day! : ) "

"Very slow service for 4 coffees in the bar after we had checked out. Wood work in ensuite bathroom rotten. Stair carpet upto our 2nd floor room needed a good refresh "

"Hotels nice, room was so nice and bed was very compfy but the lady who booked me in didnt know what she was doing, she asked me if i wanted a bath with shower or walk in shower, i asked for a walk in shower instead gave me the bath. The room she out us in was 358 far from the esclators next to a fire exit 2 long corridor where the light did not come on for a few seconds in the second corridor, so walking in the dark for a couple steps which is not great for ladies walking back on there own or if they have had a drink. For what i paid i didnt bother complain or ask to be moved as room itself is nice. "

"Everything was great EXCEPT no one was at the desk for check in. Waited 15 minutes then went to bar to be told sorry we are really busy with a booking will get to you when we can. Felt totally unvalued as a customer. Waited 25 minutes in the end. Not happy "
