"My only issue was check in. It's online but on my phone isn't easy to do. It feels like you are doing the job of the check in staff. The place was fine. Good location."

"Easy check in on a busy evening due to cancelled flights. Room clean modern everything there for airport stay and fabulous towels . We didn’t use bar or food as very busy also football on but hotel didn’t seem noisy . I certainly would use this hotel again"

"I really like this hotel. However the gym is only open 6am-8pm. This is a problem for business travellers who often have less time to use the facilities. Because of this I will choose a different hotel for my next trip to Liverpool"
