"Staff was ok the rooms old We asked for no smoking there was smoking on our floor,, room smelled like smoke even tho sign said no smoking. There was burn marks in the bedding door did not lock. Lights were very dim."

"They should make better hotel recommendations. In my case, I couldn't even take a bath in that hotel because the bathtub was dirty, full of cockroaches and mold, the mattress was old, and there were many other problems. That Quality Inn hotel should be shut down."
