"I called on my way to the hotel late the night of the check in to be sure their ice machine was working. The lady said "no but I can get you some ice in the lobby when you check in". Literally I was there 15 minutes later (was going to buy ice on the way). Being an older person I asked if she had a room on the first floor. She had a very bad attitude when answering and started lecturing me "that's not what you reserved". A simple polite no would have been fine. After I checked in and When it was time for the ice she would only give me ONE of those little plastic cups of ice. I WOULD HAVE SETTLED FOR 2 CUPS ---BUT NO---ONE CUP ONLY. I LEFT! How any reputable company could have such a horrible person representing their entire establishment is very sad. BTW I never leave negative reviews but you the traveler and the management needs to know this info."

"The staff she was excellent kind helpful and sweet the room was in good condition air-conditioning was very good. When I booked the room I was thinking it would be a flop of a room. But it wasn't yes the hotel has been in that area through floods and bad years but they have tried to get it going and they have it wasn't expensive or what you would expect a hotel in the area to be it works perfectly for a low budget like I have it made me want to return again. I hope if I do I get the same room again. Thank you for the awesome service. "
