"After a long drive (8+hours) it felt so nice to be greeted with a big smile and welcoming words from the front desk agent (Theresa). This wonderful young lady made our day….thank you Theresa!!!! We also cannot say enough about all other staff members that we came upon the next day. "Check-in was great,ample parking and security to park my trailer. Good nights sleep with a excellent breakfast, good choice of food groups for any appetite. "

"Made a reservation for my wife who stranded on the side of the road with our grandson after the car broke down. It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home"

"The room is clean the beds are so comfortable I would recommend better breakfast choices. Other than that my stay was great definitely will be my go to Hotel on my traveling visits. "
