I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on"

"Liked the price Room NOT very clean Never had maid service Did it my self. Got my own clean towels. One person said leave dirt towel Another said bring them to office. Mixed Messages. Property VERY UNKEMPT .Emptied my own trash.Some Laundry machines not working. Had cigarette smoke & weed coming through the door from next door. Loud TV & Voices coming through door from next door. Door did not close 100%. Staff good. parking ok as long as you pay attention to the pot holes. Check out easy."

"The room was missing basic amenitiesno shampoo, body wash, or hand soap. I called the front desk twice to have them refilled, but no one responded or provided assistance. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected."

"The facility does NOT have an elevator so if you’re on the second floor I hope you packed light. My room was located at the rear of the hotel. Took five minutes to walk through the building with luggage to get to the room. The front staff, who acted as I was an inconvenience when I was checking in, could have told me that if I drove my car to the back that there was an entrance which was closer to my room. Outside was poorly lit where cars were parked. The rooms had a musty smell to them which...

"There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. Finally, believe it or not, but the housekeeping personnel the next...
