Wow!

Easily the most beautifully decorated and appointed B&B in which I’ve ever stayed. Great breakfast. It’s also huge. Probably not for small children because there’s so much decorative stuff around. There are multiple lovely sitting areas inside and out.

Williamsburg B & B Sampler

Amazing like always. I wanted to switch rooms at the last minute and they accommodated me with no problem. I enjoyed my stay. It is truly a lovely place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Williamsburg Sampler B & B. The accommodations were lovely - cozy and inviting decor with several different seating areas for guests downstairs to relax outside of their rooms in addition to a open and large kitchen - dining area. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well appointed. The Breakfasts were suburb! Stephanie, the B & B hostess out-did herself with her hospitality. Pluses included that Colonial Williamsburg and a variety of restaurants were within walking distance. We plan to go back.

The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and removal of cobwebs. I found a seashell, a penny, a dead bug, and more that had been missed by housekeeping. I thoroughly checked everything because our dog would find it if I didn’t. The outside spaces needed cleaning and power washing. The only thing going for this inn is the location. Very, very convenient to William and Mary. Use caution when booking.

It was wonderful! Incredibly clean and cute. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were cozy, comfy beds, and a great shower. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Will 100% be staying again.

There's nothing bad at all to say about our 1 night stay here. It was a dream come true for me to rent a bed & breakfast in Colonial Williamsburg. Stephanie was amazing at upkeeping the home, food , and comfort of the room.

This is an excellent property BUT the neighborhood nosie from college stidents living nearby is highly disruptive! Extremely loud every night we stayed at this location.

Older home bed and breakfast. Beautiful antiques and historical themed rooms. Capt John Smith room nice nautical theme large and very comfortable pineapple bed. Small shower but nice walk in and nice hot water with good pressure. Much more peaceful than hotel and a home made breakfast to boot. Will definitely rerurn

This B&B is a real gem. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely return. The room was clean, comfortable, homey, spacious and had a ton of character. Bed was super comfy…slept great. The breakfast was delicious and all homemade. The inn keeper and his staff were so welcoming and friendly. We received a tour of the property the moment we walked in, greeted cordially and promptly by the inn keeper. We loved our stay here. Great location too… Its a 2 min drive to William & Mary and the Colonial area. The only downside was that the kitchen is being renovated so that created a disorderly and unfinished look, but they worked around it well and still offered the same comforts. Well worth it.

An Excellent B&B in Historic Williamsburg VA

Great! Simply GREAT! Wonderfully run historic home with 4 dedicated bedrooms for privacy and comfort, 2 of which are Suites with balcony overlooking what looks like a nature preserve. The home is filled with the most gracious hosts wonderful travel memorabilia including 2 full sized Terra-cotta Warriors from their time in Xian China. Terrific breakfast and A+ all around.
