There weee signs that states unsafe structures and they were not supposed to have anybody staying unwanted my money here an still had to vacate the promise to another property to stay an repay NEVER AGAIN

Did not even stay. There was cops in the parking lot when we arrived so we went up the road to holiday inn. Not a place to stay for a family vacation. Any review that says this place is any good is fake.

Our toilet in one of the suites had to be flushed twice every time. Then it made these strange gurgling noise. One TV didn’t have an outlet to plug it in. The staff said they would fix it or exchange our room, neither happened. One of the bathrooms in the suite had no toilet paper. The other suite door stopped locking, so it was exchanged. In the middle of the night the manager tried to bring other people in the room! When I went to check out no one was at the front desk nor did they contact me as asked. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Room not even available or accessible when we arrived. The guy who eventually helped us had to force open the door to a dirty room that had no TV. There was no other room ready, so we canceled and stayed somewhere else for the night.

Right in the heart of Williamsburg. Very close to an array fine restaurants. Minutes colonal williamsburg and by far the most spacious rooms ive ever stayed in!

We reserved two rooms and upon arrival the front desk clerk was lost, the rooms were not available. The customer before us was given a room that someone was already staying. Would never recommend this place.

The price and location was the most convenient, the staff was very accomodating as there was not enough towels or toilet paper in the room, there was just 2 pillows per bed that were extremely thin, but for the price that we paid we didnt want to make a fuzz from it, next time bring your own pillows so it can be a bit more comfortable, qlso there was no staff at 830 am that would allow to check out, nor a way to check out electronically. Still the best of this visit was mr. Tim (front desk clerk), he was the most gracious and hospitable!

The Williamsburg Suites is an SRO hotel not meant for tourists and visitors. Stay away from this place. Not clean, not safe. Their website is a complete deception.

Payton was excellent in getting us in our suite. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms had more room then expected and are well keep. Can’t wait to plan another trip because we plan on staying here again.

2nd time we stayed and back again, the night manager is the best of this place, he made sure all went well.with us in every way he could, now, about the property, this time we saw some little bugs here and there but we were on 1st floor, so it might have been that. I can't say anything nice about this motel! I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT stay there. The employees don't know what's going on, the rooms are dirty, there's trash and liquor bottles laying outside people's doors, the door to our room didn't lock because someone had previously kicked it in. When we said we wanted to cancel our reservation, they refused and kept our money. The hotel we ended up staying at said they get people who've cancelled there all the time. Absolutely horrible experience.

You should absolutely avoid this property. The few guests there appear to be individuals without permanent housing. Towels, soap, even a trash can were not in the room. Dead and live insects. No TV Apparently because the cable bill was unpaid by the owner. It is a dive. You truly do get what you pay for.
