"Very nice hotel. My only issue is they never changed the sheets in the room. They came in and changed the towels daily. I’m used to places that cleaned the room. They would empty the trash but I stayed for a week and they never changed the bedding"

"I choose not to return as I expect better behavior and professionalism by the staff. The maintenance man was nicer than the front desk employees."

"Not a safe area, staff was ok but one of the ladies wasn’t friendly. Had to change rooms due to blood and stains on sheets, couch/chair had stain. Only benefit was the tv worked and it was quiet. Other than that I even put my shirt over the pillow cases, A/C was off so it was hot when we came in and toilet paper roll was used…wouldn’t recommend."

"It took over an hour for us to get an hour. The fire alarm kept going off. It went off during the middle of the night we always standing outside. No one gave us the OK to come back in. The fire department came and said nothing. The fire department came the second time during the middle of the night and also said nothing we smelt smoke on the fourth floor, but they said it wasn’t smoke that it was a shower and made the alarm go off. No one said anything no one came to give us towels, clean linen...

"Room was clean. Didn't eat breakfast. Everything was good except upon check-in, front desk Manager left my Driver's License in the copy machine and I left to run errands and had to go back to get it "
