We were not told until day of that the reservation was double booked and we were still charged for the cost of the room because it was after the cancelation deadline . Were told there was nothing that could be done."

Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment."
