Normally I don't have any problems and enjoy staying here, but this time our toilet was clogged, the tv remote was broken, and the a/c shut off in the middle of the night. The pool was also unbearably cold despite the hot weather.

The area is very nice, the hotel was very clean and good breakfast Buffett. There are plenty if places to eat if needed. I only have 1 issue and that was there was no handle in the shower to hang on to when you wash your feet/ legs. They do have a handle outside the shower but there should be one ...
