"After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"Nice old Florida feel. Bright and clean room in a location close to the beach and bay. Pool was a bonus. "

"Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. "Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! The grounds were in great condition, including pool, tennis courts and pier with picnic tables and grill. Did not like: ...
