"There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. "The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!"
