"Lets start with the positive.... The front staff at check in was great. Very friendly. The bed was comfortable and pillows too. The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and the bathroom floor had stuff spilled on it. The toilet was dirty so I washed that down and the lady at the front desk was very helpful even though the cleaning staff had left for the day (I use the term loosely) she brought a mop and bucket with soap to do the floors herself. the shower curtain needs to be bleached...

Cons: Property is a bit worn despite efforts to keep it well maintained. The room we had was accessible- meaning the bathroom was very roomy at the expense of the bedroom area. "Parking was close and convenient. The property is in a quiet area. The staff are kind and helpful. The heating and cooling system worked very well. There is a minimally equipped (as far as plates, cups, utensils, etc.) kitchen area internal to the unit and there is a central kitchen area on the first floor, near the front desk, that is fully equipped."

"Easy check in. Clean room - bed, bathroom and living space all spotless. Breakfast had lots of varieties - bacon, omelette, toast, waffle maker, fruits…etc. Staff were friendly and informative. They had elevator maintenance and notified us upon checking in so we were able to move to a lower floor. Lots of places to eat in the area. Highly recommended."
