"Unfortunately we were placed in an adjoining room when a very noisy families arrived late at night. They kept talking loud including small children with a young child crying a lot. Eventually we had to call down to reception to ask them to be quiet."

We had to ask basic questions like where should we go for the elevator, what time is the breakfast, where is the breakfast location, whether the parking is free etc etc. we don’t even know what other amenities they offer. ..."
