"I had to check in using kiosk with a live against on the other end. It was nearly impossible to understand his accent and to even hear him with all the background noise of other patrons checking in with a live person. The echo In the lobby didn’t help either. We had to walk back down the hill to ask for more towels- 4 people in the room and only 3 towels & then again to ask for more toilet paper. The tvs in either room glitched so bad you couldn’t watch them."

"Nothing fancy. Will say upon check in I waited for 15 minutes while the front desk clerk was on the phone; she didn’t even try to make eye contact or acknowledge me. Room keys were deactivated after one night although I was there for 3. For three nights, the only sign of housekeeping was that half of our towels were removed while we were out, but the trash wasn’t emptied once, nor were the beds made, and they only removed the bath mat and two of 4 used towels. The room was clean and safe, but loud. The AC worked really well but was LOUD."

"This Doubletree was excellent. The decor was classy, the food was tasty, the bar area was fun and inviting and the pool/jacuzzi were great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again when in Flagstaff!"

"They had a cute vibe with moody colors and mountain traveler vibe. Very nice. Food was just ok. Drinks were great. Bar was excellent. Beds were comfortable! Gabe room was fun and outdoor fire pits amped up the family angle. It was a good for a motel. The rooms were dark with minimal lighting and felt a little dingy. But good for a few nights. Not a destination location."
