"Room was absolutely amazing couldn't fault at all clean & had everything needed, staff was friendly & so helpful they only thing that let the place down was the breakfast but honestly cant fault the rest the staff was amazing & didnt charge for the breakfast thank yous so much for everything"

"We stayed for 1 night in June. We were originally allocated a room on the ground floor near the bar area, which under normal circumstances would have been fine, the room itself was very nice. However, we have a child undergoing cancer treatment and she would not have settled. Paul, who I believe to be the owner manager, was very accommodating and went to great lengths to ensure we could have a lovely stay at this hotel. "Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side. The walls were wafer thin, you can hear the tap running and toilet etc from the room next door. Also the water in the bathroom made a right racket when you ran the tap, shower or flushed the toilet.
