"They had amazing bfast excellent staff and clean rooms but what I found baffling is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly they have no ramps into the property just stairs"

"What a brilliant experience. I booked this hotel for a friend who had eye surgery at the nearby McCords Hospital. I received first class service throughout. Thank you Promise for all your help. "

"It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old)."

"We dance stayed at the Beverly Hills a number of times and always find that the staff are very helpful and courteous."
