"The Hawthorne is a beautiful hotel. We can't wait to come back and use the gigantic pool! The bed was so comfortable, and the entire room was roomy but cozy. As far as value for price, and location to Wake Forest hospital, this place is top notch."

"I loved the room, nice location. I missed if they had said there was no onsite parking other than valet (paid). The other parking was close though. I was able to choose a room and I chose a great view. The whole phone as a key thing is a neat idea. But the execution sucks. The room was not smart like they said it would be. I couldn't change temps, channels, or make light adjustments. Perhaps later these options will come into play. Also. The key turned off before I had checked out fully....

"The hotel is under construction. But, the stay was amazing. We had a great time. The location is across the street to the mall and 6 minutes from Surge is you have kids. Plus, you have a skating rink 9 minutes away. This is great is you have children. "

"Well maintained with friendly staff. The water slides with the hot tub and heated pool was absolutely fabulous even though the temperatures were way below freezing. We made it a mini family vacation to let the boys swim and use the slides and they had a blast. Thank you Hampton Inn."

"Stayed for one night and loved the ambiance, and comfort. We ordered room service from Katherine's and food arrived within the hour. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Kid friendly. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. "
