Our room was dirty. We have stayed there several times and never had an issue. Dirty towels still in the bathroom. Floors were nasty.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fraser - Winter Park Area by IHG
Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. If traveling with kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They do not offer early check in or late check out which is unfortunate. Breakfast was great the staff in there were friendly. Front desk staff were not overly friendly.
