"The room was clean, however it was small and hard to maneuver around. The commode was extremely low. It was a good size for toddlers but not for older adults. I would highly recommend higher ones. The motel is an older structure that has been remodeled.and is NOT in an ideal location. Be.aware of your surroundings when coming and going."

"Upon check in we had to have someone clean the refrigerator because it had brown liquid in it. The sheets had holes and the comforter had blood stains. The bathroom corners had so much dust in them. They had a tv guide with a bunch of channels but the tv only showed 3 channels. They offer Netflix but with the WiFi they have it was on and off. We had one towel and wash cloth a piece when we requested another we were told they could not give us more because guest were stealing them 😳. We actually went and bought our own towel and wash cloth. At night it was very noisy until the wee hours of the morning. If you are just going to stay over night then this may work for you however if you want comfort and quiet this is not your spot. The breakfast was decent and the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful."

"Arrived and was told there were no rooms available in the hotel after booking weeks before. Desk said to contact booking company to get refund. Did that and then hotel wouldn’t pick up phone on multiple occasions. I called the next day & was on hold for 20min with someone and was told the “refund was issued.” It was not. Now it’s been a week waiting for the booking company to be able to contact the hotel to get it straightened out and today I received a message that says, “ After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. Based on this, the original policy will apply. We understand that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret that we couldn’t make it work.” Filing a credit card claim now. This is insane! I’ve spent hours on this situation and it’s wildly frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and the site may not be used again either at this rate. It’s not worth it. "
