"The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Sand was present throughout the room, the linens appeared unclean, and both the air conditioning and heating were nonfunctional. The pull-out mattress was in poor condition, with visible stains and what appeared to be pest droppings. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room had a persistent smoke odor, and we were incorrectly charged for it, even though no one in our party smokes. I would not recommend this property."

"The room we stayed in was one of the old cabana rooms beachfront. The room was not clean and had a bug problem. The air conditioning unit and the refrigerator was loud. The water in the shower was scalding hot and the water in the toilet was hot. The location is great, but would not recommend staying in one of the rooms in the older buildings. If we go back, I would definitely want to try one of the rooms in the new building."

"The parking was convenient and the handicap spaces were close to the door. The room was clean and nice. Had an issue with the door sticking, but it was fixed within an hour of reporting it. no big deal. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and the food was refilled constantly."

" when I went to go check in it was a new person that was supposed to have the assistant and she messed up my payment and they try to make me pay more and they didn't want to tell me until the last day that I owed money on the room when I didn't.but other than that it was all right"
