Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast food was varied and good, and the massage was great. Cons: There were only two bath towels in the room and no face towels. The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom layout was so awkward that water flooded outside the shower area. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel because of the poor cleanliness; the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there’s some liquid stain on the wall

The location was prime for walking to shops and perfect placement to drive to any of the bigger attractions, will definitely be returning when i go back to the Dells! The man behind the counter was also super friendly and helpful!

The location is definitively the draw here. Recent stay with two other couples. Rooms are in process of being updated but some are just downright dirty. No signage to say when someone would be in the office. The bedding is in need of replacement- stains on the comforter with an unpleasant odor, pillows are postage stamps and old raggedy towels plus there was food left in our refrigerator. No cups or ice buckets. I left voicemails for the property to ask if we could check in early on Saturday which went unanswered. We added one night and when we arrived at 3:00, the person in the office said they needed 15 more minutes as they had had a lot of rooms to clean. If you don't mind any of the above, it is prime walking distance to all things downtown but yikes!!

It was a solo travel and I enjoyed myself. They have a big nice pool and a place where you a your family can grill while they swim still close by to over see kids. There staff are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend to ANYONE.

Room was clean and large, which I love. Deanna the owner is always Kind, Helpful and Available. This was my 3rd year staying at the River Road for the annual Wisconsin Dells Vacation. Location to all of the activities is spot on around the corner and the Price is Fantastic ‼️Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to the Wisconsin Dells 😀

Good location for your downtown activities the river walk right across the street from the hotel staff was friendly made our stay very comfortable. Something came up and we had a extra person with and Deana the lady at the front desk offered us a bigger room with no hesitation and CJ made sure we had clean sheets after our first night. The staff made us feel at home. I do want to say that even though it was a holiday weekend and they were booked there was no loud noises from other visitors and no major issues and that made it a even better stay. Everyone was respectful of others. Will be back again to stay before the end of the season.

The woman that was running the establishment was very nice and accommodating. She addressed our concerns and was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was a good one.
