Nice fall trip and a nice place to stay!

Fall trip to a much less chaotic wisconsin dells area! The motel was cozy, clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again! The managers were very welcoming and so nice. Thanks for a lively stay!

Stay here, you’ll love it!

I highly recommend Trails End. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my disabled granddaughter. The pool was large and sparkling clean. Microwaves and fridges in our rooms and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be repeat customers. 😀

great place to stay

Booked here because our usual motel was sold out. This is now going to be our go to in the Dells. From check in to check out it was a wonderful stay. AJ and his family were warm and helpful and just so friendly to be around. We didnt have any issues but if we did I'm sure they would have taken care of them asap. It is an older motel but the rooms are spacious & very clean. Nice size fridge , microwave. The towels and blankets appear newer (our other place had very old ). Pool chairs comfortable. Pool cleaned daily. Enjoyed our AM coffee & doughnuts (in office-complimentary) sitting outside chatting with neighbors. Dad encourages all to get a fresh doughnut (rarely eat but couldnt refuse his friendly encouragement) The fruit in the office was always fresh and of good quality. Also had juice, water & tea. There is also a park area with smoker grade grills & tables. It is within walking distance to downtown dells. Cant wait to go back!!!! Thanks AJ & mom and dad for making our stay so comfortable

The hotel staff was excellent.so friendly and helpful, The place is super clean.Huge room,confortable bed.The only thing I would recommend is a hair dryer and clock in the rooms.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Karen who is the owner with her family made sure we had all we needed. She’s a busy bee for sure. We did have someone playing music until midnight and we should have called as she told us too when checking in, but I didn’t want to bother her that late. It was our only issue. Her son was just as nice. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and sights. Rooms were very clean and spacious. They have pastries in the morning as well. We had no issues with our room. Would stay again !!

Just like family!

The motel was easy to find and in a quiet area. Kiona was just a sweetheart, and AJ "the love" was funny and helpful. This is a very family oriented motel. Not fancy, but comfortable and everyone was so friendly. Heated pool and lovely picnic area. Good coffee, and if you get up early, the apple fritters were tasty although I am not so much a fan of sprinkled donuts. Nice selection of fruit for continental breakfast. Very pretty planters and very relaxing sit on the balcony with my morning coffee. Smoking ok across the parking lot in the picnic area. This is a smaller facility, but all the guests were nice. I wish I had requested a ground floor, and maybe grab bars and an elevated toilet would have been helpful, as I am getting older and not as spry as I wish, but that's ok. I also would have liked a bigger mirror to get a full view but again, not that important. What I LOVED was the three big pillows on the bed and it was so firm and comfortable. We watched a little bit of tv; did not need to use the microwave or the refrigerator. Lots of literature about the area in the office. The only thing that was a problem was the knob was missing on the bedside lamp (room 24) so we couldn't turn that on, but there was enough light. We joked that next time we should bring some food to contribute and grill and join the family. This was better than a family reunion! We are definitely planning to come back. This was fun and made us forget the less than ideal weather.

No place to stay

Went to confirm reservations at the trails end, we were turned away as there were "No vacancies" in the hotel. Shortly after exiting the front office, the management erupted into a very heated argument with one another about the trouble with reservations not being kept (as we were not the first to be turned away). All in all, I'd give a 0/5 based on the experience that not only I but my three other guests had to put up with.
