"We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it.
Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful.
The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets and we never got them until the next day when I had to call again, the knife in our room looked like it had been there since the building opened. It was severely shredded on one side. And in the child Waterpark splash pad where the bucket comes down with water there's about 5 big pieces of foam missing where the concrete is exposed underneath the water where someone can get hurt.
In total I love this place we will be coming back I just figured if your going to start raising the prices and almost pay the same you would if you were at the dells then maybe some updating is in order."
"Online registration easy but it took a while to be located by registration desk. Comfortable rooms. No free breakfast with room. Nice large facility with indoor parking $20 per day. Near the State Capitol. Easy access and exit from indoor parking. Free WIFI which actually works.

"We recently stayed at Embassy Suites and it consistently impressed us. The rooms are generous in size, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The staff were outstanding—every team member went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The overall experience was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future."
"There was no plastic for garbages, shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty when we arrived, esp shampoo was empty, only 1 water bottle in room and we were thirsty, no free water in building, getting water from starbuck / bar staff was a wait or busy sometime, and blanket looks dirty, overall everything else was amazing"
"We’ve been going to Lake Geneva for years. This was our first time staying here. The pillows could be a little softer but other than that we will definitely come back and stay here again. "
"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."
