"Good location, older property and dated, which needs to be up-dated and attention paid to details. Room lack several amenities, which are a given in most hotels. Calling the front desk provided what was needed, but we had to get the items. The staff was polite, but did not seem overly interested in going out of the way to be helpful. With a lakeside room the view would be great."

"They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, multiple cold cereals, mini muffins, donuts, juices, coffee, milk, bagels, yogurt, fruits. I personally like the scrambled eggs! The rooms are nice! Friendly staff and very helpful! The only thing I didn't like was the shower water was luke warm. If you went first or last it still was cold. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said it was worked on and should be working now! It was not working and it was cold last night and this morning! I really liked the area!"

"Great location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan. Within walking distance of some fun restaurants and other locations. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not in operation during any of our stay."

"Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel. Don’t be like me, stay somewhere else."
