Staff were lovely, room was comfortable, and the location is awesome. Unfortunately, if you get a room on the bottom floor (and I imagine same applies to levels 2-3) the noise from your upstairs neighbour is really bad. Staff were very apologetic and advised that they couldn’t move us after night ...

Room was clean and tidy, especially bathroom. Staff was courteous and helpful. Buffet style breakfast had good variety. Bar staff was friendly and attentive.
