"Das Hotelzimmer war minimalistisch. Man konnte nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen. Das ganze Badezimmer war kleiner als eine Besenkammer.
Das Personal beim Frühstück hat lieber lautstark telefoniert anstatt sich um das ausfüllen der leeren Platten zu kümmern.
Auf Nachfrage ob wir einen Cappuccino bekommen können, wurde unfreundlich von der Bedienung mit "nein" geantwortet. Sie selber hat sich dann einen Cappuccino gekocht und am Nebentisch getrunken.
Nach 22 Uhr bekommt man nichts mehr zu...
"Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production.
Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded.
We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun.

"Very charming hotel with an old section and a newer one. We were in the old section, but our rooms were very nicely redecorated. Super friendly staff, and excellent location, comfortable beds, and nice breakfast"
"Frühstück ist gut, Der Koch hat schon um 20.30 Feierabend gemacht, obwohl die Küche bis 21 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte UND gravierend es gab kein WLAN. Das Badezimmer ist nicht behindertengerecht, viel zu eng um mit Rollator nicht zu erreichen .Ganz sicher nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel"
