"Breakfast was basic, but great to have to start the day. Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Amenities were very close and the train was a short walk to visit near by cities. Room was clean and had AC. I would absolutely stay here again, it was far more enjoyable than my stay in Amsterdam and much more affordable!"

"Beautiful hotel, but I left 4am and asked for a taxi and was directed outside to wait for it. Waited 30 minutes outside and tried to get back in to ask about the taxi and I was locked out. I am a female solo traveler and the area can be a little sketchy. The taxi never came."

"Great location just off the motorway with free parking. Walk into town was about 20 minutes which was great after a long drive. Staff very friendly and lovely and spacious rooms. Hoorn is a lovely town."
