Das einzige was mich etwas gestörrt hat, ist das in der Bestätigungsemail stand dass falls man erst nach 23 Uhr ankommt sollte sich man beim Hotel melden. Allerdings ist niemand am Telefon drangegangen. Es hat sich am ende nicht als Problem erwiesen aber es ist besser wenn das Telefon geantwortet wird. "

I made a reservation and paid for the booking, I got to the apartment building and the staff inside doesn't speak english nor did he let me into the room or anything, he basically kicked me out of the building and told me to go to another hotel. The staff doesn't even work for the host! I messaged and called the host and he didn't respond, he basically stole my money and Expedia couldn't do anything about it. Expedia did a horrible job as well. "
