They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options in the room. Pillows and the two single mattresses instead of one big one would be my only complaint. But also standard for Germany and personal preference."
