"Is my second time staying at the hotel still t great service. I want to say thank you to the front desk young lady that helped us booked tickets to Auschwitz last minute. BREAKFAST was amazing. This time i came with my friends and they loved the hotel. Wil stay here again if i come again. Just didn't enjoy the noise if the train at night. Wish i had a room at the opposite side where i could see the castle but everythi g was amazing."

"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

The location is good with a tram stop right in front of the entrance. My room was not on this side, so I cannot say whether it was loud with closed windows. Overall, a very good experience"

"A luxury hotel with everything you need. Perfectly located by the train station and within 10 mins walking distance to the main square. Excellent choice for adults wanting luxury for an affordable price. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bonus with amazing views of the city. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again."

"Apartment was gorgeous and modern. Bed was super comfy. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Codes to get in were sent when the apartment was ready so no messing around with collecting keys. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay. The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception. "This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! "
