"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) Although the house was on the same estate and also had 3 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was pretty small, and the original property had the master bedroom on its own top floor ,...

"The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. "Perfect stay, had to cut short due to a family emergency but everything was perfect. Was clean and easy to check in communication was clear. Only downside was it was rather noisy tbh you could hear the street quite abit but still a solid 9.5/10 easy. Furnished really nice too. "
