"Ok… however our rooms hvac unit made A LOT of noise. We arrive very late, so just want him to sleep, but could not sleep all night. We asked about it in the morning and they said they would send up maintenance/engineering. When the gentleman arrived he said the unit needed to be replaced. . They could move us or replace it, if they had one on premises. We had to leave in an hour. He said he get back within 10 minutes and let us know if they had the unit available. We never heard from him so we got ready and left. The next morning we checked in again at the front desk.. he said they have a new unit. It takes two people moved.. but again, nobody told us that. Last night there and they could not change so it was horrible.. We asked for a credit and he said we give us $75 but we need to follow up with it because we booked our reservation thru a 3rd party. We are still trying to get our big $75 refund"

"The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."

"Room is nice and comfortable no carpet not pet friendly which is great for allergies Staff is pretty chill lots of parking cute pool area lots of local shops restaurants a Ralph's grocery store is right across the street and only a few blocks of the street is a whole foods trader Joe's this hotel was perfectly placed around so many things "
