"Breakfast on 10th floor was *terrible*."

"The room was clean and spacious but the carpet, tile and wallpaper was outdated and worn. There were renovations going on while we were there but that didn’t affect our stay in any way. The staff was friendly. The location was a little suspicious. "

"Property had no Air conditioning and staff was not very helpful and pretty much told me the building was old and to open a window. Not worth the money. I had to check out at 10:30pm and go to another hotel. Not a great hotel for business trips or ppl that like a temperature controlled room"

"Selected for location, it was nearby hospital. Pleasantly greated. Room as described online, except no iron, ironing board, bathroom mirror too close to faucet, NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING. "

"The staff was very good: attentive, helpful, and very quick responses when needed. The rooms, though, were not great. The AC/heating unit runs 100% of the time and it is LOUD. Even when the unit was turned off using the wall control, the fan continued to run 24/7. "
