"Let me start by saying, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone from valet to front desk to the restaurant (especially, Migel) and the wonderful manager (who's name I don't recall) were phenomenal! Kudos to each of them for being friendly, professional and going above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, I am not giving the hotel an excellent rating due to one issue - excessive mold and dust in my room. The situation was so unbearable that within minutes of being in the room, my allergies were triggered and pretty much remained throughout my entire stay. The manager who was on duty when I checked in was kind enough to move me to another room, which was much better but still a bit dusty. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but could stand a thorough and frequent deep clean, especially in carpeted areas. Thank you, Kehinde"

"The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice."

"Shower was clogged and so filled up that only one of our party even took a shower it was gross. The hair dryer didn’t work and looked like it had been taken from goodwill it was old and filthy the handle was all cruddy- I asked for a new dryer and the nice staff member brought it when we were walking out to check out about 50min later. the front staff were not very friendly rudely talking about others at the front desk also the instructions for the parking garage were confusing and I ended up paying extra for parking. The room next to ours was a storage room and staff were very noisy going in and out of it repeatedly from 11pm- 2am and then again early at 6am! So annoying. The hotel was clean and I appreciated the coffee and water in the lobby but all in all this was not a great stay and I will not use club quarters again."
