"Stayed one quick night room was missing coffee pot and toilet was broken, I think we were given a room that was hardly ever used, breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Located right next to outlet mall. Would definitely stay again."

Main complaint: automated check in inefficient, cumbersome and frustrating. No hot water throughout the stay Breakfast poorly set up and serviced by hotel staff. Both days of the stay no hot plates, no milk for cereal or hot water for oatmeal. Coffee maker inefficient. Place has potential but not with current management"

"We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay."

"We had to pivot our vacation plans and hurriedly booked this hotel at 8pm. The check in kiosk with the virtual attendant was different than I’d expected, but each time I had to speak with someone, it was quick and the three gentlemen I spoke with were very nice. I did like that aspect. The room was okay for what we paid as Expedia Members. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks and feet turned black from walking around, it took us 2 hours to get the air conditioner fixed and finally cooled...
