"Obviously uses AI photos, hotel looked nothing like photos shared online during booking. Wallpaper in room was peeling off with black mold underneath, stains on walls, doors and floors. Cleanliness was unacceptable & will definitely not be staying there EVER!!!!!!!"

"Clean hotel and room. A great night stay for a concert in pikeville where other hotels were charging triple their normal price. Highly recommended for concerts in pikeville in which it is only a 30 minute drive after the concert. "

"The hotel is under renovation which isn’t mentioned on the website while booking, very disappointing to say the least. The hallway floors are covered by paper and taped down barking dogs along with terrible cooked food smells. The staff was great no complaints there just make sure that you call ahead of time and inquire about the present condition before booking."
