The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area.

Staff in all departments were AMAZING! I cannot say how appreciative we were to how the staff interacted with our kids how they treated us and the kindness every day! We were there for a baseball tournament and no one batted an eye! My husband lost his wallet over the weekend, and we weren’t sure ...
