"Love the big suites. Location is great near the capitol and other government buildings and courts. A small, but adequately stocked bar, makes for a good start to the evening."

"The staff was very helpful, and the room was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and will use this location again. The only thing that I did not like was that the ICE machine on the FIRST (1) floor was not repaired or replaced. The second (2) floor ICE machine did not work either. PLEASE repair these or replace them so we do not have to go to the third floor for ICE, thanks!"

"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Richmond for a meetup with a bunch of college buddies and spouses. Totally blown away as soon as we drove up to hotel. And even more impressed after we entered. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Fabulous shower. Highly recommended. "

"Terrible stay. Stay far away. TV being stolen from neaighbor Hotel cant shut it off or you lose connection. One towel per room an old one at that. Front desk was not plesant to deal with and to top it off, 6th floor room elevator was out of service. Not worth the time or money. "

"Staff is great as per ushe, I Stay here every time i come to the area but this trip I opted for a double room wich I was very satisfied with... im also loving the addition of coffee in the lobby all day and the new alarm clocks, I like being able to clearly see the time at night"

"The hotel is going through a renovation which was not disclosed to us when booking. The resturant and bar were closed. We rode in the "service" elevator 90% of the time. There is tile missing on the floors which is a trip hazard. Construction materials/equipment throughout. Wont go back unless thye reach out to us with an offer to give us another chance to visit when renovationtiosn are complete."

"I’m a regular at this hotel because it is so clean and well kept the staff is very friendly and always willing to help! I want to give a special thanks to Cody, Karen and Tavon! Thank you all so much for being so accommodating and always there for me and my partner through out our stay! I’ve stayed in all seasons and the summer is by far my favorite because of the pool access! The trees give the perfect amount of shade from the sun so swimming is a breeze. This facility is clean and cozy they have a computer room, exercise room and a pool as I mentioned earlier. They also have a laundry room! The housekeeping staff is amazing as well. Overall there’s nothing I’d change about this hotel it is exceptional!"

"The property is in a great downtown location near restaurants and other attractions. Very clean, large rooms, lovely furnishings. The restaurant had closed the week before our stay and we weren’t aware, but great local options were very close by. Otherwise our stay was great."
